Service Description

30 minute express HIT! Get in and get out! Warm-up and cool down is on your own. Feel free to come early to warm-up. HIT - High IntensityTraining. Super effective at burning fat and building muscles! This is a fun fast-paced small group workout that is both challenging and scalable. H.I.T. is effective at burning fat and building muscles. It is a unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics and strength & endurance training. Your trainer will lead and guide the workout so that everybody will get a full body workout. Limited spots available.
