Trisha Araujo is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and the proud owner of Door County Fitness Studio. Trish began teaching dance fitness (Zumba) and training others in 2010. She understands the struggles of a busy life, priorities pulling at you, injuries that can slow you down, self-talk that can sabotage your progress and the fluctuation in weight and motivation that can occur throughout one's life. Trish believes age is just a number and when you stop playing is when you grow old.

Annie Bley is a American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. Annie's experience in fitness began at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Following graduation, she worked briefly in Cardiac Rehab as an Exercise Physiologist before finding another path in health and wellness. Soon she found herself working on a personal trainer certification and trying something new and scary-teaching fitness classes!
Kelly Fagundes, licensed physical therapist, is the owner of Evolve Physical Therapy. Kelly earned degrees in B.S. in Exercise Science and a Master of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. She has 14 years of clinical experience at multiple premier healthcare organizations in Chicago, Madison, Green Bay, and Door County. Evolve services at DCFS include: instruction of small group exercise classes and private physical therapy treatment. Evolve exercise classes promote general wellness and help transition clients from rehab to community-based exercise programs.
Ashley Lusk is the proud owner of Homebody Personal Training. Ashley received her certification from The National Personal Training Institute in 2006 and had been a professional Fitness Trainer for over twelve years. She has worked with many individuals ranging in age from 12 to 93, many with musculoskeletal issues or ailments that can be cured or improved with exercise. Ashley incorporates exercises that will improve balance, mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance which helps to create a balanced, well rounded program for her clients.
Coach Julie Schaffer grew up in Sister Bay, graduating from Gibraltar in 1986. She spent 10 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps and is still currently serving in the Marine reserves. She opened up Sister Bay CrossFit to share her passion for fitness with the local community. Julie has been doing CrossFit for nine years, coaching for the last two. She recently competed in the CrossFit Open Games, placing in the top 100 Worldwide in the Age Group Regionals. She is married to Rob Schaffer; they have two sons, Andrew and Sean.
